Doctor Hoo Fan Kee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He is a Clinical Neurologist and Internal Medicine Specialist at Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, UPM.
Dr. Hoo participates in several professional committees, including being the chairman of the Malaysia Stroke Council since 2018, a member of the Global Neuro Research Coalition, and a panelist of the Malaysia Clinical Practice Guidelines Panel for the Management of Ischemic Stroke from 2018 to 2020 and the Management of Patent Foramen Ovale-Stroke 2022.
Dr. Hoo has special interests in neurology, stroke, lifestyle diseases, and internal medicine. He was a principal investigator in clinical trials such as DRAGON, TRIDENT, and TICH-3. Dr. Hoo has been involved in over 100 publications in international journals.
Fan Kee Hoo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Universiti Putra Malaysia. He specialized in Neurology. His clinical interests are Neurology, Stroke, Lifestyle Disease, Internal Medicine, Peripheral Nerves, and Spinal Cord.
