All test results are delivered securely to our panel via the online doctor portal. Patients will also receive a copy of their results through PreciseEHR, (our in-house app).
PRECISE Pharmacogenomics (PGx) reports are clinically actionable and must be interpreted by certified healthcare professionals. PRECISE Nutrigenomics (NGx) reports, on the other hand, can be interpreted by certified dietitians, nutritionists or healthcare professionals.
Our clinical consultation team is available for joint review or consultation support, if needed.
What is included in the PRECISE PGx and NGx reports?
Our reports include:
- Genotype summary and phenotype interpretations

Can I speak to someone for a clinical case discussion?
Yes. We provide an in-house clinical support team of pharmacogenomics-certified and nutrigenomics-certified professionals, available for clinical case discussions as needed.
What is the turnaround time for test results?
Results are typically available within 3-6 weeks from the date the lab receives the sample.
Do you offer CPD training or certifications?
Yes. We provide CPD-accredited training or CME training for healthcare professionals to help them integrate pharmacogenomics into daily clinical practice. Training modules include pharmacogenomics fundamentals, clinical applications, report interpretation and patient case studies.
How do I refer a patient for testing?
You may either:
(a) Conduct the buccal swab in-house and send it to us via our courier partner
(b) Provide the patient with a test kit to self-collect and return
All referral forms and logistics materials will be provided.
Can I offer PRECISE testing as part of a health screening package?
Yes. Many hospitals, clinics and pharmacies offer PRECISE test as an add-on to their health screening packages with proper clinical governance.
